Mistral Rime Keeper

The ice and the gale can be used to restore life, and not only to take it. The Rime Keeper has learned this; the sack she carries holds within it the power of the wind, and when she opens it, it helps friend and destroys foe.

Special Notes: The unit has magical attacks, which always have a high chance of hitting an opponent. This unit is able to slow its enemies, halving their movement speed and attack damage until they end a turn. This unit is capable of basic healing.
